I participate in many auctions monthly. This is one of the best. Items are well represented - lots of pictures and description is accurate. One of the best companies going. Monique is amazing and staff is always helpful and welcoming.

Drastically misrepresented items, outrageously unfair Terms and Conditions , no claims allowed -period! even if the mistake is at the sellers end*** *** staff
My advise is to avoid that Auction!

CLAIMS No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed."

Monique and staff bend over backwards to help. I have participated `in 20 plus auctions. I was called away in an emergency and Silent bidders accommodated me at their expense . Check the items prior to bidding, They test most products. If something breaks after you take it home, SUCK IT UP!!!!! How are Silent Bidders to know the "condition" of every item. It is very easy to be critical, to condemn . and to complain .This is a GREAT COMPANY
