Deal ***,This complaint is an aberrationOur record is exemplaryEarlier this week I spoke with? Mr [redacted] , and while completely justified in our charges, we wrote off his $invoice and? pulled his records from our systemHe seemed more than satisfiedHis $is not worth an? argumentWe are moving on.? Out of 22,customers, his is the only irrational complaint, from any of our offices in? Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Akron, and Cleveland.I think he does not understand that in America all commercial businesses must have extinguishers serviced annually by codeOur customers universally want us to come out automatically so as not to have to call us and risk a violation with the fire departmentWe have serviced his account in & Some customers want us to call ahead, and we note that and complyMr [redacted] said it would have been okay if we had done thatEarlier he called us a sham outfit and upset our accounts receivable clerk and service manager ***Mr [redacted] is a petulant person so we just wrote off his invoice, and frankly think he should shop elsewhere.Please advise if you need any additional informationThank you.Yours Truly, [redacted]
