We have researched our database and cannot substantiate the customer's claim that she contacted us for RMA return refund nor did we receive a package from the customer. We also don't know if the customer purchased the product from SIIG or a vendor. SIIG's policy for refund is...
only if the product is purchased from SIIG's Online store and returned within 30 days of purchase.
We sent an email to the customer on 12-1 and again on 12-5 requesting the RMA# used to send the product back to SIIG. Without an RMA number we can't process the package and it will be sent back to the sender.
