We received a letter from you dated Tuesday August 2, regarding complaint ID:? [redacted] ( [redacted] ).We have contacted [redacted] who turned in the complaint regarding his girlfriend and a referral made to a StLouis physician group from our office.? He had no request for remedy regarding the incident and there are no actionable items to complete.We are unable to discuss the details of the visit and referral for his girlfriend as she was the patient, and [redacted] cannot provide a HIPAA release for this individual.If there is anything else we can do, please contact me at the number below.?

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was never asked to provide anything regarding a HIPAA documentSIH Brain and Spine has a bad history of medical malpracticeWe’ll see them in court if anything else regarding this BS comes outDr [redacted] did NOT complete the referral process he said he would and left me to take care of the issue myselfThey had trouble even finding said referralThis is completely unacceptable and should be reprimandedDr [redacted] should NOT be allowed to practice as he cannot even send a complete referral correctlyThis would not be a much of an issue if it would not have been a life threatening incidentThis is all going into a record for my lawyer so tread lightly SIH [redacted] ***

I was never asked to provide anything regarding a HIPAA document. SIH Brain and Spine has a bad history of medical malpractice. We’ll see them in court if anything else regarding this BS comes out. Dr. [redacted] did NOT complete the referral process he said he would and left me to take care of the issue myself. They had trouble even finding said referral.
