We are sorry to hear of the difficulties you had obtaining your order and the lack of response to your request for informationWe did have several systems issues over that period of time which likely contributed to the lack of responseWe apologize for the inconvenience.? However, as previously communicated the plate to be engraved was not in the mail that you sent to us as you indicated.? We did however research and order a replacement plate which once obtained we notified you, engraved the plate and mailed to you.? We are not sure about the confusion concerning your seeing someone at our office as there is always someone at the receptionist desk Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:0PM.? Again we apologize for any inconvenience but hopefully given that your engraved plate was mailed to you, this issue has been addressed? Signsations
