We hired Signs of America to make outside advertising flags for our business. We paid for the service in full in 12/21/18. The amount that was paid is $586.00. We have not received the flags and have made several calls to the company in order to have the flags delivered. We have also personally gone to the business and spoken with the owner regarding this. This owner is unresponsive and refuses to give us a refund.

Refund Since we have been waiting for several months for the flags to be delivered, we would like a refund so we can identify another company that can provide the flags for us.
When ordered product business tshirts and business cards he stated it qould be finished InTwo weeks. He did not have product I had to hound him for days and finally recs the tshirts but not the business cards. I cancelled the cards he was to give me a credit of &104.00 it has been 30 days and he never credited back my money. He has an expired business license on the wall that says 2015. When I searched his business for a business license nothing exists. He has a Facebook that is full of complaints from people he has done the same thing to. He steals their money and does not deliver a product. When you intent to call him he states he will call you back and never does. When I tried to call now his number Is disconnected. I still have no refund.

Refund I would like my money they were supposed to credit of $104.00. I would like to see his business shut down since he is operating without a business license and he is stealing and scamming people's money.
