Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Hello I'm not sure if there was a make up day for pictures this month at the school or not as this has nothing to do with my problem My daughter did not need retakes My problem was originally that my daughter's name was not printed on the pictures like they should have been which I paid for After numerous attempts to contact someone, I finally reached someone and the women I spoke with advised me she would send the pictures that should have had her name on them I asked the woman if I needed to return any pictures because the envelope the original pictures came in suggested I would need to return something but she advised me I did not need to send anything in Since I was instructed to keep what I had, I cut some of those pictures out and mailed them off to family and friends I did finally receive pictures with my child's name on them but the quality of those pictures were not up to par My problem could have been avoided if my daughter's name would have been printed on the original pictures I understand things happen but when I called the number that was provided to me on the package and I could not reach someone due to the number not being in service, I became more than frustrated I tried other avenues to get in contact with this company with no luck It wasn't until after I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com that I was I able to get in touch with someone I would not have contacted the Revdex.com had I been able to reach someone I just wanted to get what I paid for Regards, [redacted]
Ms. [redacted] can mail her portraits or bring them to the studio at [redacted] Louisville Kentucky 40207 for a refund. She evidently did not take advantage of the in school makeup day in October where these issues are normally taken care of. We have called her number she left at the studio but that number has been disconnected.
We need to receive the entire package plus the reprinted wallets in order to issue a refund. No refund will be given without the return of the entire package. She can also come to the studio for a retake. We are open from 10 til 5 Monday through Friday, call [redacted] to make an
appointment. Ms. [redacted] needs to bring the original package for a retake.

The complaint listed above was taken care of when she called and left a message on August 20th when the parent called and left a message. Pictures were delivered to school om August 18th. The call was received on the 20th. The customer was mailed a corrected package on August 29th.

I decided to contact my child's school and they provided me with another number to try. I had to call that number over and over again and finally got someone. Some pictures were finally sent to me but not in August. I just received the new pictures last week (October); however the quality of the pictures are so poor that there is no way I can send them to anyone.]Regards,[redacted]
