Failure to repair a defective product that installed in December
I am submitting this complaint, as Community Association Manager, on behalf of Lakeview of Largo *** Condominium Association Our condominium association purchased property signs totaling $9,in December from Signature Signs Inc
Less than two years after the signs were installed many of the signs began to have issues resulting in bubbling and cracking of the monument surface
The person we dealt with when the signs were purchased has recently retired, so we were referred to the owner of the company, Mark BWe have tried to get this resolved with the owner of the company, but he seems to be unwilling to stand behind the product his company sold usThe owner is willing to fix the signs at a cost of $2,and he said he would "only"charge us half of the $2,On February 7, the owner of Signature Signs was sent a certified letter from the association asking for a resolution to the sign i
