Signature Residence Club

Review: While on vacation I was approached to purchase a vacation club package. I was advised by the sales man, and in the paper work I was given it states "Signature pay maintenance fees for time share owners (qualified resorts)". I had the salesman look up and document that my times shares were "qualified resorts". So, I purchased the vacation club only for the purpose of that one item. They NEVER told me nor is it written that they must first rent my place to some one else. Only that if I do not want to use it they will pay my maintenance fee and then sell that week to someone. I have several vacation clubs I belong to I do not need a vacation club, I bought this solely for what I was told and is written in the document they gave me. I paid $4,100. Now, they say they have to rent it before they pay my fees. I would not have purchased this had they told me that up front. I can rent it I do not need them to do that. I want my $4,100 back, or for them to pay my maintenance fees of $2,750. Supposedly they have been trying to rent it for seven months without success, and refuse to pay my maintenance fees. I had another time share and they gave me my maintenance fee on that at the beginning of the year. Those fees were only $1300.Desired Settlement: Either they can refund the purchase price of contract therefore voiding contract. Or pay the maintenance fee of $2,750 for their use of my Ka'anapali Beach Vacation Resort.
