Horrible contractors who don't stand behind their work. Be warned before you rent or buy anything they've touched. I purchased my first home last year which they remodeled. My realtor from Damon Gettier advised that he knew the contractor personally and they striped the house down to the bare bones and completely remodeled it from the ground up. They did no such thing. They varnished hardwood floor over urine and trash stains, resulting in a horrible smell once the paint/varnish smell subsided. They painted over dry-rotting walls, didn't touch the septic system, did a bad job on the roof which is now warping and the yard was excavated so poorly trash continues to show with every rain.
