Signature Coins was formally known as Challenge Coins R UsI purchase two different coins designs with them and they did very good workI think I spent just over $in coin design and repurchases of the same coins over a year periodThe last purchase I asked for a discount and [redacted] said he wasnâ t able to do it at this time but would see what he could do next timeI let him know I was on a tight timeline for my last order and [redacted] said he would make sure once he received it at his location it would be rushed to my locationWell, it was sent to the wrong location added one month to the delivery timeBecause I had promised the coins to several people I ended up having to send the coins to them via USPS at my expense When I went to reorder coins from Signature Coins (Challenge Coins R Us) I asked for a discount and they said they would give me 10%I reminded them about the one month delay on a rush order that was no fault on my part and [redacted] said he would get back with me after talking with the production managerWell the answer was the same, 10% and nothing moreI have found another company to do business with and I hope no one does business with this company in the futureThey are all about a profit and do not reward loyal customers I could have been a customer for life but over 5% they lost a customerShame on you Signature Coins or Challenge Coins R Usâ ¦I wonder what the reviews said about Challenge Coins R Us??? Is that why you all changed your name???

I think I spent just over $4000 in coin design and repurchases of the same coins over a 3 year period. The last purchase I asked for a discount and [redacted] said he wasn’t able to do it at this time but would see what he could do next time. I let him know I was on a tight timeline for my last order and [redacted] said he would make sure once he received it at his location it would be rushed to my location.
