Prior to moving in, I expressed verbally and in writing that I did not want maintenance or other personnel to enter my apartment without my permission and wanted to be present at the time of the service (except in cases of emergency, as the law states)Despite putting this request in writing a second time, and sharing it with every single staff and maintenance member, I have had people walk into my home unannounced on four occasions in less than one yearI no longer feel safe in this community and do no recommend living in this complex
