Signature Pest Management

Please beware of Signature Pest Management (SPM). Aug 7, I met a guy (Josh) from SPM who came to home, I got his phone number, as I was closing on the home and didn't have time to speak with him. Next day I called Josh, he told me that their pest control is a monthly contract to which I declined. The following day a different guy ( Phillip) came to house stating that he is from Signature Pest Control. I told him about Josh that I spoke to, but he claimed he didn't know Josh. Phillip tells me that their service is every three months when they come out and that is when I pay, once every three month and it was not a contract. Ok he handed me his key pad and I signed it, put my card on file for my first three month payment. At the end he all of a sudden knew who Josh was. He never email me anything ie the payment I made or anything. They came out three days later and did the pest control spraying. Next month in September, I noticed a charge of $49 on my account from SPM. I called their number and left a voicemail. Two days later a lady called me, saying I signed a monthly contract, I explained to her what happened and the contract was obtained deceitfully. She said she spoke with Phillip, he told me that it was a monthly contract. I told her no it was every three months and if he would have said that I would have never signed it. I also told her about my phone convo with Josh. All she kept saying was I signed a contract, I told her I don't own them anything and demanded a refund for September. I called my bank and canceled my debit card. Today I received a call from debit collector lawyer firm threatening to put my account on with the credit bureau if I don't pay $506.58. I explained the situation and that the contract was obtained deceitfully, but he didn't care and he kept saying I signed the contract. When I googled SPC, I found revdev.com with nothing but bad reviews with my same type of complain. I just want everybody to be aware of them. SPM guys go door to door selling pest control with a neon orange shirt on. I know they have to get a permit to do that and I would information on who gives them permit to go door to door, so I can file a complain.
