Review: Hired this company for two bathroom vanity installs. The existing mirrors above each vanity were taken off the wall and reinstalled using some sort of glue. The glue has penetrated through both mirrors and are now damaged. Have contracted with a local mirror company that informs me the mirrors once removed needed refinished in the back with a powder coated finish. This was not done. The cost of two new mirrors are $312 each plus tax. I am not sure if the installation by the mirror company will be an additional cost.Desired Settlement: Pay for the cost of the new mirrors.

Review: Six months ago we had a kitchen designed and installed by said establishment. Immediately we called to say that there is a chip in one of the cabinets. We were told that someone would come to our home to fix it. After numerous phone calls to their office we have not seen anyone come out to repair the cabinet. Also, the garbage drawer is stuck. The response from this company is none. The warranty is up in six months.Desired Settlement: Fix the defective cabinets.

Our client, [redacted] had purchased a kitchen from us which was made custom in [redacted], Canada.

We assisted [redacted] in the design of there new home and we accommodated them in every fashion.

Well over a month after our completion of installation, [redacted] called about scratches and chips on his cabinets.

After reviewing his photo's it was clear to see that these where caused by another trade after our delivery and installation was complete.

That being said my suggestion to him before as well as now, is to ship doors to my company so that I can get them to the proper repair shop at [redacted] expense.
