I did not receive the merchandise and tracked the package which delivered to [redacted], NCI emailed the company and provided the tracking information. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution has been resolved. After publicly posting the entire issue on their facebook page they within 5 minutes contacted me, removed the post from their page, and shipped the merchandise overnight.
