Signature Heating, Cooling & Geothermal

We have a service contact with Signature. I called them around 7 pm due to our AC not working. The technician (Wade) called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment for 8 am the next day. He was on time and had our AC running within the hour. Wade explained what he did and answered a number of questions I had concerning our AC unit since it is about 11 years old. In all, a very positive experience, which has been the norm with Signature.

We have a by-annual contract with Signature for check-up and cleaning of our Heating and Cooling systems.
We have been very satisfied with this company and especially their excellent technicians. We highly recommend this Company.........

Danny C[redacted] and Signature HVAC did a wonderful job getting my furnace up and running right before Snowstorm Jonas! Of course it died right before the storm.
Danny worked hard and was very nice and helpful and got us up and running and warm before the snowstorm!

I have been with Signature for a few years to service my HVAC. They have also installed a new heating/AC unit in my home in the past. My recent technician, Danny C[redacted], was very friendly and informative.

Bob S. was wonderful. We had tried 4 other HVAC companies and were never satisfied. We were still having issues that nobody seemed knowledgeable enough to fix. We researched on-line and found Signature HVAC and read all the great reviews so decided to give them a try. Bob S. spent over 4 hours thoroughly checking all our systems. He was very friendly and professional and fixed our HVAC issues (as well as fixing the mistakes from the technicians of the other companies). We highly recommend them!

David S. recently stopped by to conduct a one year post-installation checkup on our heating & air conditioning system. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in how the system works and how I as the owner can do some simple maintenance and cleaning that will prolong the system, and keep it operating at highest efficiency. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail! Overall we are extremely pleased with our new heater and air conditioner, we have seen real savings on our monthly utility bills and the house is warmer in the winter and cooler and more comfortable in the summer! We would choose Signature for all our HVAC needs!
