Re: account number ***: I received two bills for the same service, a month apart. I paid them both (check number *** on 2/28/2019 and check number *** dated 3/19/2019), after which I realized it was for the same service. I called their customer service number and spoke with "***" on 3/26/2019. She confirmed that I overpaid and would receive a $30 check from Signature Healthcare in 6 to 8 weeks. I called on 7/26/2019 to report that I still had not received the $30 back. This time I spoke with "***" and then a "***" (after being disconnected from ***). *** stated that with her supervisor's approval, she would request that the $30 be expedited to me. It is now 9/27/2019 and I have yet to receive this $30 that I am due. To compound matters, I have received a new bill for $10 which I will not pay until Signature Healthcare pays me the money they owe me, first. I hate to report this to Revdex.com, but I have not been able to get this resolved on my own.
Good Morning, *** has put the request for a check to be cut to *** in the amount of $30.00. Checks are cut with our AP department on Thursday so the patient should receive this check next week. Our sincere apologies for any added stress this may have caused the patient in the matter. thank you ***Manager Patient accounts
Signature Healthcare requires patients who are prescribed certain medication to sign a medication agreement; no where on this agreement does it state that the patient may incur cost or is responsible for any cost incurred as a result of this contract/agreement, however proceeded to send me a bill for $222 for a service they stated was mandatory. Also, they are verbally stating that a service is a "mandate"/"mandatory", however on their contract/agreement it does not state that this is mandatory, it states, "If".
