Review: I file my taxes with Signature Financial Services. I received my federal return but never received my state. When I reach out to the company to inform them that I didn't received my return they told me to contact the IRS. When I spoke to the IRS they inform me that the funds where direct deposited into a account. Was ask if I file my taxes myself or through a company and that I will need to contact the company cause the funds was deposit to them. When I reach back out to the company and inform them what I was told they stated that the money is sent to their account first then to mine not sure why I didn't received will need to speak with their manager and will call me back. After a few days past with no call I tried to reach back out to the company but was unable to reach anyone. I have call several times and left message's with no response. If there is anyone that can help me out with this matter I will greatly appreciate it.Desired Settlement: This is in regards to my state return in the amount of $847 which was never return to me. I just will like to received my return or know what happen to it .
