Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The policy was never received, I cancelled the policy within two weeks of the writing, therefore no services were givenI paid over $for a policy that was to serve my company for one yearThe policy states that if I cancel, 90% is refundableIt does not state anything about MEPThese document attachments are not the same document I received and uploaded to this site when I filed this complaintThe insurance commissioners could not make them give me my money back because they did not break the law with insurance laws, but the agreed with me that there is a civil and moral issue to contend with.
