We purchased carpet for a master bedroom from what I thought was a reliable, small carpet dealerUpon installation, we noticed lines running throughout the carpetThe owner, Shaun M [redacted] clearly saw the damage, and replied that he would contact the manufacturerThe manufacturer insisted that they the would have the carpet steamed first before any replacement would be consideredThis was done, and the lines, although somewhat better, remainedSignature Carpet basically refused to take any of the responsibility for the damaged carpet and no replacement was offeredHe did not support his customer, and became difficult to deal withAdditionally, the initial measurement of the room was off, resulting in there not being enough carpet to finish a closetWhen they finally brought in the remainder to complete the closet, the color was offWe won't even bother to contact him about this since we're sure he will not take responsibility for this either
