They have a mailer from [redacted] and it has many advertisments starting from 45 dollars to 99 dollars. The carpet cleaning special that I choose was the 2 rooms and a hallway for $45. I only had 1 room and some stairs. He charged me $90 for this service. I showed him my coupon he did not honor it. He gave me an employee discount but I still feel as if I was cheated. This will be the last time that I use their service.
