I appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint of [redacted] and [redacted].  At Signature Cabinetry, we take pride in ensuring our customers' satisfaction on every job, and it is unfortunate that we did not meet the [redacted]' expectations. 
 
When dealing with a...

natural material such as granite, there are sometimes issues that are beyond our control.  We did replace a granite counter top for the [redacted] at no cost to them, although the slab of material they originally chose was very brittle and hard to work with.
 
We feel we did everything we could possibly do to satisfy the [redacted], and are deeply troubled that this issue has caused them so much distress.  We have looked into their complaint, and upon review we have honored their request and reimbursed them $350.00.
 
We truly appreciate the feedback we received, and plan to use it to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.  This is the first complaint we have ever received with the Revdex.com in my 20 years with the company.  We value our relationships with our customers and are committed to providing them with the highest level of service.
