Signature Bonz

I placed an order with Signature Bonz via their website on September 4th, 2019, totaling $156.21. Under the companies "policies," the website read, "please allow up to 5 to 7 business days before shipping." This would make the approximate delivery day September 11th-15th. I logged in during this time to check the status of the order, each time it read, "awaiting fulfillment." I also tried reaching out to Signature Bonz via phone on September 10th, 11th and 16th of December. I left messages each time and never received a returned call. I then emailed Signature Bonz on September 16th @ 3:34PM, inquiring on the status of my order,informed them that I had left several messages with no response. I received a message from someone by the name of Kelly, who apologized for the inconvenience, she told me my order would ship on September 23rd Monday). I continued checking the status, the 23rd came and went. I sent another email on the 25th, Kelly stated she was sorry for the inconvenience and she would provide me a 50% refund and my items would ship that day. However, that same day after the email from Kelly, Signature Bonz charged my account for the full amount. At that time, I received a notification that day that my order was shipped. It was delievered 3 days later. I have been monitoring my bank account (since the 25th) for the 50% refund. I still have not received my refund, it has been 2 weeks. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I have been extremely patient and attempted working Signature Bonz directly, prior to escalating this matter to the Revdex.com.
