Signature blue events

The owner of the company Signature Blue Events, Hyacinth T***, was paid $by me as a refundable security deposit for an event scheduled for November I have tried contacting the owner and she has not answered my calls nor refunded the money that was paid to herPrior to the date of my event, I had to secure another location to host guests and have not been contacted regarding the matter since paying the deposit to the owner in person
