We value our patients and
appreciate the time it
takes to give their feedback.? We are able to
complete the technical portion of the exam, then put the exam through
subsequent QA measures, and then submit it to the MD for interpretation in a
timely measure but we are no longer going to give an expectation of hours.?
After reviewing the paperwork given to patients at the time of this complaint,
we discovered the time frame given for report turnaround did not take into
consideration the delays that may occur throughout the processIn the event we
cannot satisfy the printed expectations in the future, we will engage both the
patient and referring physicians so they may be aware of any unexpected delay
? Again, we are grateful for the patient bringing this to our attention as
we want to meet the expectations that we present? ? We will be processing a refund of $by
the end of the month
