I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
There has been no proposed action on the part of Signature Auto in which case I must leave the complaint unresolved. Mark Icona continues to be dishonest about the deal and prove he is not a man of any credibility This seems to be a game to him and I am done I have no more time for this Mark Icona did not keep the deal made and therefore is not a man of his word If a man does not have his word then he has nothing and is a cowardly con man earning a living by ruining peoples lives and ripping people off and being dishonest Dispite Mark's claims, the tire dealer never called Mark Icona or any other Signature Auto person No one ever suggested I wanted or would take tires instead of No one ever suggested I wanted $or half of the money for the tires STOP LYING ABOUT THE TIRES!!!!!!!!!!! THE DEAL WAS NEW TIRES AND YOU DID NOT KEEP THE DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I guess you got me on the new struts I could tell there was something amiss with the suspension, but most shocks and struts are not very expensive to replace But Mark Icona knew what I did not, and that was that the Taurus X Eddie Bauer struts are exorbitantly expensive to replace. Furthermore, just because Mitchell E*** and I had a friendship did not give you a reason to wait a month to pay off my Cruze and cause me much waisted time talking to bill collectors Pay your bills Your bad at your job.In fact it seems like that is all Mark Icona wants to do is waist my time and he has done it again

This correspondence is a response to your letter of June 30, I am sorry to hear that the customer is still not satisfiedAs a point of reference, this customer is a neighbor and I thought a friend of my salesman, Mitch E***With this being the case we gave him more consideration than most, by selling him this vehicle for about $less than NADA book value and allowing him to take it home for two days prior to purchasingMy prior response and support documents clearly show that we have fully performed on all our obligations as agreedWe paid off his loan on his trade, in the amount of $2107.42, and paid him $As documented in my prior letter, the buyer purchased this vehicle in conditionBut, being that this was a friend of my salesman, we agreed to help him with the mirror and tires, after the saleIt is true as indicated in the buyer's complaint that this vehicle had two tires that needed replaced, but he wanted all four replacedWe both agreed to replace all four with quality used tiresHe brought his vehicle in for the tires and mirror repair on Saturday, May Unfortunately this was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and when we called for service we found these other businesses were closed for the holidaySome time later the buyer called and told us he had purchased four new tires at a cost of $350.00, and wanted us to pay for half or $Even though our cost for the agreed upon used tires was less, we paid him what he wanted and paid for the mirror repairPlease remember we paid for these items even though, as documented, this vehicle was purchased "AS-IS"As for the $for new struts, this is nothing more than a shameful money grabAgain, the buyer was allowed to take this vehicle home for two days of driving and inspections, after which he purchased it in conditionWith that being said, even if it really did need new front struts, the cost should be no more than $While the process may not have went according to the customer's desired time line, we did everything we said and more, and did so within business daysI don't see where this is unreasonable, let alone "dishonest, untrustworthy, cowardly or criminal" as the buyer has chargedWe have tried, but sometime you just can't please some peopleThank you for hearing my side

I've spoken to of the owners @ Signature Auto Group, Vlad S***, and ***They mentioned that it was a miscommunication while they were talking with the dealer AUDI OF MANHATTAN whom refused to take the car back even though they are willing to pay the extra costs of
the car with the desired packagesBoth owners agreed to buy me out of the current lease in months from now, and they'll use my deposit os $2,toward any car of my choice when market analys warrants them buying the car which usually permissible after monthsI agree with the decision by them going the extra mile to make things right, which is good business etiquetteThey even went the extra mile by sending me a notarized letter stating the fact

Attached you will find a letter from [redacted] stating that all the associated fees with that account number/vin number are fully satisfied upon payment of the "early lease termination".Furthermore we wrote this check to [redacted] as apart our agreement to provide and cover the "early lease...
termination" that we did in order to get her into a new car (contract attached with new car vin) Please note that [redacted] accepted this check as full payment for the old car as a representative was on the phone from [redacted] in a conference call explaining to both myself and [redacted] the dues that are required to pay, then faxed supporting documents (also attached)The amount of the supporting document does not include the disposition fee waver in the amount of 430.06 (waved when going from one [redacted] to another) and was instructed to omit from the dues by the [redacted] representative on the phone. Additionally the balance on the old [redacted] was listed at $835.00, the new balance she received was $815.00 indicating that the new charges are not the same charged as the old one because of the difference in balance. (can be as stated in the letter ware/ mileage or any other charges.)By accepting the check cashing the check and making the payment on her old [redacted] concluded the transaction in full and no longer holds Signature Auto Group with any responsibilities regarding her old vehicle. Especially 4 months after accepting the check and 5 months after receiving the new car.
The customer was working with sales representative Allen E[redacted] for a Infiniti Q50 Lease. After being notified that the lease is with Infiniti Finical Services/ Nissan Motor Credit customer was e mailed a credit application to the e mail provided [redacted]. attached is...
the customer requesting us to run her credit for an approval, the credit application she submitted to us, and the bank comments for decline. The application was sent ONLY to one Infiniti dealership (pepe infiniti) and credit was ran to try to get them approved, unfortunately customer was decline with the bank and is clearly upset. Signature Auto Group was only dong the job the customer requested to try to get the approval done and had no way "ruined" the customers credit as the customer is delinquent on most other obligations and has poor credit.
Great experience with Vlad, delivered a car as promised price was amazing service was even better. A week after I bought my car I had an issue with the computer sensors and they scheduled a service with a loaner. never going back to a dealership again.
Review: I leased my car through Signature Leasing ([redacted]) on July [redacted], 2014. The registration and temporary inspection were lost in the mail - did not arrive at my business location as instructed. I called up Signature and was told to go pick up the registration myself from the DMV office (which I did). I then received a ticket on 8/**/2014 for not having an inspection since the car came without one (and temporary one was lost). When calling [redacted] I was told to pay for it myself. After the horrible experience - the lease broker took no responsibility for the slip ups that they encountered.Desired Settlement: I would like a check for $65 - the cost of the NYC ticket.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
Review: I leased a new car from this company and turned in my old leased car. I had an outstanding bill of $850 on my old lease. It was owed from when my family was affected by hurricane sandy. Signature assured me that these charges would be paid by them. I then received a bill from [redacted]. Signature gave me a check for a portion of the bill, even though they continuously told me they paid the entire bill. The bill then went into collections. I should not be responsible for this bill. I've contacted [redacted] at signature several times, I am getting the run around. I do not want to contact him anymore, because I was not spoken to In a appropriate manner.Desired Settlement: $850
