On May 17, I paid for a subscription to Signal TV's online web streaming service as advertisedI was charged immediately and received an email confirmation, but was unable to access the content paid forAfter minutes I immediately cancelled my subscription but was not refundedI contacted the website and received a line response from [redacted] which said, "You are clicking on the wrong thing." I communicated with Mr [redacted] back and fort and his only response was, "You are clicking on the wrong thing." I expressed to Mr [redacted] that I had already cancelled my subscription and no longer interested in his web streaming serviceMr [redacted] then sent some insulting comments to suggest that I was stupid by "Not being able to follow simple instructions" before indicating that I will be refunded in daysIt is now past the days and I still haven't received my refund and Mr [redacted] now states on his website that there will be no refunds for cancelled subscriptions
