Sign & Design by Bobi Khat

Review: I signed a contract to have an LED Channel Letter sign put up on the outside of one of my business locations located in a strip center. I made the initial payment ($1850.00) by credit card last May of 2012, then paid the other ($1850.00) half by check. After numerous phone calls and NO RETURN CALLS, I cancelled my credit card payment. That money was returned to me. Bobi Khat then responded, reassuring me that the sign would be installed. I met with Bobi Khat in October of 2012, in front of the property manager of the strip center where I rent commercial space for two of my business locations, as a witness for conversation. I was told that it was going to cost me an ADDITIONAL $600.00 which I agreed to pay AFTER the work was completed, and that I would give my landlord the check so Bobi Khat was sure he'd get payment, as I was NOT going to pay any more money, without having ANYTHING done. I re-paid the credit card charge. Bobi Khat told me he would get back to me with an updated design for the sign within the next 2 weeks. After NOT HEARING FROM HIM, I started calling and leaving more messages, WITHOUT ANY RETURN PHONE calls. I then CANCELLED my credit card charge for the ($1850.00), but he STILL HAS $1850.00 of my company's money from the check that I had paid him. I have a signed contract, have not heard from him since October of 2012, and he still has my $1850.00. My landlord's lease requires me to have a Channel letter sign in front of my business. I need my money back so that I can put it towards a sign.Desired Settlement: I want my $1850.00 BACK, thank you
