Review: I was charged for four hours only took three to move me. Wasn't told I would be charged for four even if I didn't use that many hours. My belongings came up missing. Called to let [redacted] know and my call was never returned. Wanted to read paperwork and was not allowed to, just told to initial and sign. Was gonna be charged for fee never told about. Got them from better business website with A+ rating.Desired Settlement: I want refunded for extra hour charged and money for my missing belongings. Which I left message on voice mail last week with my full name and phone number.
