Review: I am a new doctor and am starting my office in a small town. I currently work in an office with my father and we have a "proadjuster" that we use in our clinic. I contacted Sigma and was looking to buy a pro adjuster for my new office. I told them because of office restrictions in size (I am renting a room for my new office) I wanted to pay for the machine in advance and then have them ship it if it would work, if it was too big I wanted a refund. They said no problem. I have this documented in emails. I pay for the machine. 2 days after they cash my check I contact them and say I need a refund since I don't have the space. They say no problem. This was 2 months ago. I have called and emailed Larry A[redacted] several times. They now ignore my calls when I call in and I am continuously leaving voicemails that are not returned.Desired Settlement: I simply want my money back. They cashed a check, they did zero services, they did not build or ship out a product. And they have over 15000 dollars of mine in their accounts. I got out a loan to pay for this machine and have had to pay the interest for 2 months while I am waiting for this company to return the money I sent them.
