first of all I didn't complain about [redacted] I I complained about EARNHARDT MAZDA SCOTTSDALE...I DID FINALLY RECEIVE A CHECK...EARNHARDT MAZDA NORTH SCOTTSDALE...IT TOOK MONTHS TO GET A REFUND ON A WARRANTY CANCELLATION I DID RECEIVE A CHECK WHICH WAS $SHORT OF WHAT I WAS QUOTED...NOW I'M TRYING TO REACH EARNHARDT MAZDA TO GET THAT SHORTAGE BACK...I HAVE LEFT A FEW MESSAGES TO MATT OVER THERE AND HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONSE...I HAVE THIS IOU IN WRITING AND I WANT THEM TO HONOR THIS THANK YOU THIS WHOLE THING HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS...POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

receipt of the Revdex.com concern, the general manager has spoken with Mr. [redacted]. The general manager confirmed that Mr. [redacted] had not ever contacted the dealership with his service contract concern. The GM explained that Mr. [redacted] can come to the dealership any time and complete a form to cancel the remaining coverage on the service contract. Upon cancellation the refund will be provided to the financing company that financed Mr. [redacted]' purchase. The refund will be a credit at the end of his financing contract. The check has been processed and mailed. The dealership apologizes for any delay.
