intuitive as we'd hoped. Although the product photos contain these details, we can see how omitting this notation closer to the pricing and coffee specs can contribute to confusion. Please note this was never our intention, but rather, an oversight we made when launching our new webstore earlier this year.

At Sightglass, we aim to offer quality customer service and support, and were sad to hear that a customer of ours had such a poor experience.
