I have left a message to go over the breakdown with the customerNo matter what the out come I have already sent check request to my office for a $refund which will come with an apology. Scott
I invited the customer to come back to the dealership to resolve his issueThe way the first mechanic filled out the multi point inspection made it hard to understand the remaining life of the brake pads. I have apologized and thanked him for bringing this to our attention
and corrections have been made in the way the form will be filled out in the futureHe has already had the brakes replaced somewhere else. I have offered to refunding the $*** charged on 8/and he seemed to be ok with this offer

This lady is not telling the truth. Her '16 [redacted] had a complaint that all the dash lights coming on at one time. The car came in 2 or 3 times. The first time they could not duplicate the problem. The second time we got Honda involved. What was found was she drives with her foot on the brake and...
it tricks the computer. this was explained to her by a [redacted]h speaking sales person. She said she did not want the car. I got involved and told her that returning the car would be considered a voluntary repo. We went back and forth for maybe 2 weeks. She just did not want the car. The sales person suggested she go into an 2017 she agreed got insurance and signed a new loan agreement. It was all explained to her that the negative equity from the 2016 would be put in the loan. She signed the finance agreement and took the 2017 then she came back with the 2017 took the plates off and left the dealership.
