WORST business experience EVER. We had a contract for our 12/6/14, yes 2014, wedding that included a video package. It is October 23, 2015, and we still have not received our video. Tammie refuses to respond to our demands for either the video or the refund of $400. We now have to go to small claims court to resolve this issue. Do yourself a favor -- choose another company.
We have tried unsuccessfully for 11 MONTHS to get this resolved and Tammie refuses to take care of this. Time to take other action.
