The very next day without a complaint from the tenant, we have replaced the kitchen faucet and bathroom vanity with a new on. The tenant was happy. After 2 weeks of stay, the tenant came to the office saying that the room is not acceptable due to the following reason: Rats, mold, no ventilation, no water, etc. The manager of the office offered another suit (Room #66). They inspected and accepted and moved into it.They are happy and thOy have not complained till this day. They are still here and happy. Thank You Manager
