Business owner cancelled an appointment for a hair service with me via text that was scheduled for December 9, 2019. She billed my credit card $10.75 for the appointment saying that I did not show for the appointment. Contacted her via email, phone, and facebook with no response. Wrote a review on her facebook page in which she immediately deleted and said she never got any of my messages.Upon contact with her about the issue she argued with me that she never cancelled and demanded proof. I did not have the initial message, but had another piece of info that I had sent in regards to the cancellation. Owner stated she would reimburse and never did. Asked her again to reimburse my credit card, said she would look into it and it never happened. Went to ask her again on her facebook site and I am blocked.
