Once we knew that our AC needed to be completely replaced, we started interviewing companies and comparing quotes. The carbon monoxide monitor started beeping with the sign "GAS" on the screen.
Called Sierra, Kesha answered and immediately sent a technician Matt B to
investigate. Upon arriving Matt didn't find gas (thanks God), the monitor was faulty.
Brad installed a new monitor. No charge! Thank you SIERRA.

Tyrone is great! Tyrone did a complete check up of our two HVACs and even replaced a failing capacitor in one of them. Very friendly, clean worker and expertly qualified. Robin did a super job of scheduling Tyrone's visit so he could come earlier than planned!
