My husband and I have one word to describe our experience: AMAZING! Prior to Sierra we had worked with 5 other HVAC companies to find a remedy for our AC issues. Once we knew that our AC needed to be completely replaced, we started interviewing companies and comparing quotes. Within minutes of meeting Ryan at Sierra, we could tell his knowledge and experience in the field would not be topped by another company. Ryan and his crew were honest, always punctual and professional. Had we hired this company 4 months earlier, it would have save us about $5000. They even found health and safety issues in our attic that other companies did not point out. DO NOT wait, this company is worth every penny and will save you money in the long run!

Scheduling was easy; appointment confirmed via e-mail. Estimators were on time, very efficient. Reviewed entire house and provided succinct equipment recommendations and preliminary estimate based on square footage and load factors; followed up with written estimate via e-mail within 2 hours. Professional and forthcoming - was nice to welcome them to my home.

My husband and I have used Sierra Air for several years to service our air conditioning and heating system. This company is outstanding! They are always courteous and professional and the service techs always call when they're on their way. Our service technician, Derek, has been to our home several times. He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He never rushes through the job and answers all of our questions. We will always use this company.

The carbon monoxide monitor started beeping with the sign "GAS" on the screen.
Called Sierra, Kesha answered and immediately sent a technician Matt B to
investigate. Upon arriving Matt didn't find gas (thanks God), the monitor was faulty.
Brad installed a new monitor. No charge! Thank you SIERRA.

Tyrone is great! Tyrone did a complete check up of our two HVACs and even replaced a failing capacitor in one of them. Very friendly, clean worker and expertly qualified. Robin did a super job of scheduling Tyrone's visit so he could come earlier than planned!

sierra air is very professional. they were on time. fernando and his partner were polite ,courtious and very through. had a big job 7 hours in attic on a hot day. did a great job . I would highly reccomend this company

I want to thank Sierra AC for their quick diagnosis and fair estimate to fix my damaged
AC caused by another company. Their tech, Darryl, was absolutely the most courteous and honest representative of this company; that I have not seen in many years. Being in business and retired with limited means, I would high recommend this company.
