Ms [redacted] called on Monday morning and spoke with Dave, the store manager She requested that the work order be canceled Dave explained that all the parts had been ordered as of Saturday evening and that the job had been placed in the queue for the work to be completed He told her we would be able to cancel the work order and return the parts to our supplier and return her items to her When he reiterated our policy of no refunds, which is posted in our store and printed on our receipts, Ms [redacted] agreed to have the money she paid be available as a store credit to be sent in our store Accordingly, the work order was canceled the day she called, the store credit was applied to her account for the full amount paid, and the items she left were removed from the job queue and placed in the customer pifile for her to claim at her convenience This was the last interaction we had with Ms [redacted] and until today, we were not aware of her complaintI would be very happy to meet with Ms [redacted] personally to return her items to her (which have always been available for her to claim) and to try to resolve any residual misunderstandings that may exist She can contact me for an appointment via my email at [email protected] or call and ask for me at (801) 226- I look forward to hearing from her.John *B***Sierra-West Jewelers
