My HVAC was getting old, 29 years, but still worked good but not very energy efficient. I shopped around calling various HVAC companies. Most of them did not impress me. I was shopping for about 3 years being not in a hurry. Finally I called Sierra Valley Home Corp and Suzy scheduled an estimator, Jim M[redacted], to come to my home. He seemed very honest and did not push me and gave me a lot of information that none of the other HVAC companies provided. I had one more estimate to do with another firm so I told Jim I would call him back. The other company came to my home and I still did not feel right with that firm so I called Jim M[redacted] at Sierra Valley Home Corp and he came to my home again. He was very honest so I signed an agreement to install a 16 SEER HVAC system.
Day of the appointment about 20 minutes ahead of appointment time for the install I heard the door bell and there was Jarrod E[redacted] with his hand out to shake hands and a big honest smile on his face. Wow, this guy was sharp. Said the crew would be there shortly but he dropped in ahead. A couple of minutes later the crew pulled in and they were very professional and went right to work . Said they would make sure my two cats would not get out of the bedroom. These guys were here to work and they were a real team! I stayed awhile and then left them all alone in my house and went to my office. They called me a couple of times to make sure of something and finally called me and said they were going to be done in about an hour. I went home and these guys showed me everything I needed to know and made sure the gas was going in our stove and water heater. Another day they installed another upstairs duct for me and still as professional as before. I was told to call them anytime if I had a problem and they would get right on it and that their customers came first in priority. I dealt with a lot of people with this company and every single one of them has been so professional that I cannot say enough about them! I can say that you will not go wrong with this firm. Try them and you will be as happy as I am
The guy I dealt with the most was Jarrod E[redacted] he installed the HVAC with the other guys. I remember him vividly standing at the door with is hand out and that big honest smile on his face! Jarrod also installed the upstairs air duct and he is so very customer friendly I must mention this. He also said it is all about doing a good job and having good customer service. He showed me everything he did and why and he is just one very honest guy to deal with. He also said that I had his cell number and to call him direct any time. I’m 70 years old and I know body language pretty well by this time of life and Jarrod E[redacted] is one honest man. You can take that to the bank! Sierra Valley installed a solar system at our residence in Folsom, CA. We had previewed many solar companies and decided to use them. They were very professional and made every effort to make sure we were happy with the work being done. They were very patient and answered all of our questions during the installation process. We would definitely recommend their services and staff. The solar system installation looks great. Their workmanship was excellent.

Sierra Valley Home installed an 18 panel solar system for our house using the latest solar technology. The employees installing the solar were first class and extremely pleasant and completed the project in a timely manner.

Sierra Valley Home were very competitive with pricing and installed the solar with no extra costs. A very honest and pleasant company. I recommended Sierra Valley Home to my neighbor who is using Sierra Valley Home to install a larger solar system than ours.

Sierra Valley Home Corp just finished installing a packaged unit HVAC in our home. Since we did not previously have central A/C, they also installed all the ducting, vents, etc. As an additional part of our contract, they added more insulation in our attic.

The service from Sierra Valley Home Corp was excellent. The people they sent to do our installation were very helpful, worked exceptionally hard, and did excellent work. If I were running a company, I would feel extremely fortunate to have people like that on my staff. Mike (who runs Sierra Valley, I believe) was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He walked us through our needs, helped us understand what we wanted and needed, and then saw to it that we got it.

I'm very happy with the service we received, and also with the unit and the results we've gotten.
