They released my vehicle and towed it back home after tirelessly trying and demands from AAAI would still like a notification on their profile for future people on this company
Response:Ms *** was towed on 1/29/by CHP for driving an unregistered vehicleShe was quoted a towing price by the Highway Patrol Officer - not our employeeOur employee informed us that he did misqoute the storage rate at $per day to the CHP Officer - who informed the customer - she heard
$and $- not the $for just showing up - not including the tow that our driver said the Officer quoted herThe CHP Office was out of the Newcastle office which does not generally work with us and does not know our hourly rates***, the secretary who released the vehicle to Ms*** - who waited AFTER OFFICE HOURS without charging the after hours release fee of $- spent extensive time after her office hours because Ms*** and her daughter did not follow the previous instructions on how to obtain a release and had to wait for a phone call from the CHP dispatch to verify their release - did in fact hang up on the customer the last time she called when the customer started getting argumentative and rudeMyself (*** ***) had gotten her messages - but we had a very busy February and March and I was out of the office on the road most of that time and sickWe have since refunded Ms*** the $that she claims she was overcharged (Due to a CHP Officer misquoting prices that we should not have to stand by) on March 8th paid with check #We consider this matter closed.Sent on: 3/22/2:00:PMSent by:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, I have not received the check they state they sent yet and I would like to clarify a few issues stated by the company involved. FIrst of all, [redacted] didn't stay late just to wait for me. When we called, she stated she had to work late anyway so come on by. They state I didn't follow proper procedure in order to get my car released but I did everything I was told to do by the officer. If proper procedure to release the car wasn't done, then maybe the owner of the company should look into why proper procedure wasn't done on their part. Second, I was not argumentative or rude on the phone with [redacted]. I only asked her why she didn't return my phone call like she stated she would and she started yelling at me then hung up. It appears as though you should look into [redacted]'s work since all of this seem to stem from her actions. [redacted]
