I just had Sierra Sunscreen put up a patio cover and they did excellent job. there were a few hitches in the construction but the owner took care of them right away. I would recommend them and would use them again.

Review: The original chains were unsatisfactory & company changed them. My chains easily broke and I was charged each time $65.00 to fix them. Last summer I called. This summer I persistently called and talked to Mr [redacted] He always said he needed to go by the manufacturer but they were always closed. Finally he promised to come X-XX-XX at 4:00pm he hadn't arrived and I called. He said he was running late and he would be by around 9:30am. He arrived 9:40am I just walked into my backyard unannounced. When I greeted him he was very rude. Then he said he hadn't brought enough chain for both blinds. He finished 1 blind tying the ends in a huge knot left without telling me. Sat at 8:30pm, I called to say the blind had broken away and was on the ground in a heap. I was leaving a message for him to get Monday but he answered he said he would come Sunday morning. He arrived around 1:30pm, again just walked into my back yard. I greeted him by saying please tell me when you're done. Again he left without talking to me. One of my blinds has no pull chain. I have no idea when he will contact me.Desired Settlement: I just need to be able to lower and raise my two blinds.
