I would like to let everyone know what kind of business man I've been dealing with so if others use Al Bryant's service at Sierra Stone in Nova Scotia they are well aware of what to expect
When I first decided to get my front steps done with aggregate stone through Sierra Stone, Al Bryant/the local representative for NS, told me that the maintenance (reapplying the hardner/epoxy and resin) would only need to be done every second year.Statement was false: In actuality, I had to get my steps redone every year Al blamed it on the position of my house with the sun.Therefore I paid for MrBryant to come and do the steps and in is was $and in it was $231.20, taxes included In 2015, I wanted to save some money and do it myself and bought the products from Al which I did at a total cost of $ Al mentioned that the product I purchased "would" last years which would make sense as I paid more and had to do the work myself Statement was false: In actuality, I used "less" product than what Al suggested as I had to "mix" the ingredients together and I do not have enough to do my steps for next year During our conversations after the application, Al mentioned that he did not say it would last years which doesn't make common sense as to why I would pay more money and do it myself.Therefore, I ended up paying $for one year when I could have had Al come in and do the steps for $ I called Al to discuss, we left voice messages with each other, and he ended the calls by saying, "I don't think I can make you happy so I'm done" And Al left a phone number for me to call to get more product and obviously pay for the additional product needed As I was already out of pocket, I didn't want to spend even more money.Al Bryant is a *** who shouldn't be trusted and I would highly recommend to use another company if you are interested in the services he can provide
