I had a blower fan replaced in my A/C unit The workmanship was done very well and professionally However, First, the service man told me that that the price for a name brand *** motor was $x and that he would look to get a generic *** motor that would save me $(i.e., $x-$100) I agreed to use the generic They found and installed the generic and then told me the price was still $x Second, the service man promised to put in an in-line fuse for free, especially because they did not lower the price on the generic motor When he tried to install it, he found that it was the wrong type He then promised that he would bring the right fuse protection to me in the future That was over month ago and I do not expect to hear from them again In short, a person or business who does not keep their promises will not get business from me again Credibility is hard to get and easy to lose They lost it with me
