When I first moved to avery point I didn't mind it at all and I actually quite liked the placeNo problems with neighbors or the neighborhood and everything was nice until we had a run in with one of the ladys who works in the officeI wont mention her name specifically but she was beyond rude and harassed me about my disability and use of a service dogAt this point everything changedWe had noise complaints called in on us when we were sitting at home watching tvAlso we started having Air Conditioning problemsThe first time this happened it took them a full week to replace the broken part when every single day they promised to fix it the following morningThen I had my apartment broken into along with several other people in the neighborhood where the burglars took thousands of dollars worth of itemsThey also took my keys and it took days for them to replace my locks when all they had to do was simply reset the lockThe burglars had the keys to my place for days and I called the apartment everyday multiple times to try to get helpThe locks on the windows, which aren't even real locks, weren't replaced for daysagain to restate the point, I had my apartment broken into via the window and it took them DAYS to give me a new lockdays my window was wide open waiting to be robbed againOver the next month my AC went out times very quickly then they replaced the whole unit and it has went out more timesThis week it went out on sunday and I called and they laughed at me and said "again?? are you breaking it on purpose?" of course I am because I love sweating in the middle of summer with no ACnotThey fixed it Tuesday evening and Wednesday it broke againI have had nothing but rude and disrespectful service from everyone at the apartment complex leasing office except for one nice young man who works there who apologizes every time we callthe next day I had a friend post that his AC went out several times after having a run in with the same woman and he stated sum tried breaking into his place shortly after as well but were scared offVery large coincidenceAll in all the first months weren't bad but then everything went to crap and has been almost torture dealing with menial everyday problems that shouldn't be an issueI would recommend NO ONE live here and if possible [redacted]
When I first moved to avery point I didn't mind it at all and I actually quite liked the place. No problems with neighbors or the neighborhood and everything was nice until we had a run in with one of the ladys who works in the office. I wont mention her name specifically but she was beyond rude and harassed me about my disability and use of a service dog. At this point everything changed. We had noise complaints called in on us when we were sitting at home watching tv. Also we started having Air Conditioning problems. The first time this happened it took them a full week to replace the broken part when every single day they promised to fix it the following morning. Then I had my apartment broken into along with several other people in the neighborhood where the burglars took thousands of dollars worth of items. They also took my keys and it took 2 days for them to replace my locks when all they had to do was simply reset the lock. The burglars had the keys to my place for 2 days and I called the apartment everyday multiple times to try to get help. The locks on the windows, which aren't even real locks, weren't replaced for 3 days. again to restate the point, I had my apartment broken into via the window and it took them 3 DAYS to give me a new lock. 3 days my window was wide open waiting to be robbed again. Over the next month my AC went out 2 times very quickly then they replaced the whole unit and it has went out 2 more times. This week it went out on sunday and I called and they laughed at me and said "again?? are you breaking it on purpose?" of course I am because I love sweating in the middle of summer with no AC.... not. They fixed it Tuesday evening and Wednesday it broke again. I have had nothing but rude and disrespectful service from everyone at the apartment complex leasing office except for one nice young man who works there who apologizes every time we call. the next day I had a friend post that his AC went out several times after having a run in with the same woman and he stated sum 1 tried breaking into his place shortly after as well but were scared off. Very large coincidence. All in all the first 8 months weren't bad but then everything went to crap and has been almost torture dealing with menial everyday problems that shouldn't be an issue. I would recommend NO ONE live here and if possible [redacted]
