I believe this is all my employee was trying to explain to Ms. [redacted] before she went off on angry tirade over the phone. I myself spoke with her, and found her to be just as aggressive. We understand that people need these supplies and that it can be frustrating at times to deal with insurance and as a small mom-and-pop type DME supplier we bend over backwards for our patients. With that said, I hope once Ms. [redacted] cools off we can have another conversation and earn her business back.
