We strive to follow the Landlord Tenant Laws of Washington State and stand by the amount owing based on the documented damages to the unit.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt like your situation was not being taken seriously, but I can assure you it is.  We have attached pictures of the carpet damage, wall damage and drip pan damage for your review.  It’s very clear to us that these are all items you are responsible for under the terms of your rental contract.  Please understand that we have a signed move in report that states the acceptable condition of these items upon your move in.  At this point, I’m unfortunately unable to negotiate as these damages have caused expense for the owner and are your responsibility.
