Entered into a contract to purchase residence in Reno. Seller's agent continually misrepresented the square footage of the home. Once the appraisal was received the square footage was approximately 500 square feet smaller. Due to the ongoing misrepresentation I ended up incurring expenses that would have been unnecessary if this broker would have disclosed the information. Broker repeatedly communicated they had an appraisal supporting the advertised square footage. Broker was aware of this fact the square footage on the listing was inaccurate.Desired SettlementReimbursement of inspection and appraisal fees.
