Review: This company violates the Federal Do Not Call guidelines. I have previously had a problem with them calling me at another address when that number was on the Do Not Call list. I would typically report them to the FCC, but they blocked their number when they called me to make an appointment, so I did not have enough information to file an official complaint.Desired Settlement: $1000.00 is the standard payment for violating the Do Not Call list. They will only stop their abhorrent advertising practices when it costs them more money than it makes them.

appointment. Please be advised that we do not engage In telemarketing or have an employee

named [redacted]. Our business Is operated by my wife and I and we have no other employees. We

have only two telephone numbers which are listed below and are not blocked.

Consumer sales for Sierra Natural Cleaners are generated by our retail website only and is a

small portion of our business. Our primary market is commercial accounts, such as hotels and

restaurants. Unfortunately, whoever called you was engaging in a telemarketing scam using our

company name.
