I purchased a steam mop from Sierra National Products a while ago I used it very few times It does not work any longer I cannot find anyone to help me with this because I bought the mop at a home show At dollars, I expect a steam mop to last more than two years! I would never recommend this company to anyone Buyers beware!

I bought a door mat from this company at the home show in Raleigh, NC on 2/18/2017. I followed all the instructions and put the mat on the floor. As I was vacuuming yesterday the thing started to unravel! Threads were pulling out! At $40 + tax I expected it would be better quality. I called the company and left a message. They returned my call late at night and told me to send a picture of the damage. The guy said he would send a new one. I tried to send the pictures but the email kept bouncing back!
