I received the attached complaint via postal mail at Somerset Lakes Apartments. I am responding on behalf of Gene B. Glick Company for Somerset Lakes regarding the attached complaint.
class=MsoNormal>
On August 11, 2014 Mr. [redacted] arrived to move into an apartment at Somerset Lakes. Upon inspection of the apartment, it became apparent that the particular apartment being offered to him had slight floor plan variations from the model he had initially toured. There had also been some last minute repairs, which necessitated a final clean of the apartment. Mr. [redacted] was disappointed and chose not to accept the apartment for these reasons.
The Somerset team did offer other options to Mr. [redacted]. However, Mr. [redacted] did not feel they met his needs.
Ultimately, Mr. [redacted] chose not to move into Somerset. He requested a full refund of any fees he had paid thus far and to be compensated for his trouble. Somerset agreed to do so.
Best,
Jenny [redacted], CAM®| Regional Property Manager
